We expect all travellers to respect our local drivers, guides, and the environments we visit. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating safety or conduct standards.

4. Liability

Arusha Travellers is licensed and insured; however, we are not liable for personal property loss or delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, road closures).
